Here is a delightful and extremely easy to make recipe, courtesy of Sister Beth Moxley. Prep time is literally minutes, allowing you to have this delicious and simple dessert ready to serve in 35 minutes.

| Sister Moxley's Lemon Angel Food Cake |

LEMON ANGEL FOOD CAKE
1 box Angel
Food Cake Mix
2 cans Lemon
Pie Filling
Heat oven to
350 degF
In a large bowl, combine
Angel Food Cake Mix and both cans of Lemon Pie Filling. Mix well.
Bake in
9"x13" glass pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake for
25-30 minutes until lightly golden brown. Sprinkle with powder sugar.
Optionally, serve with Vanilla ice cream and garnish with sprinkles.
