Meals for the Missionaries: If you would like to feed the Missionaries on any particular night please feel free to do so. Contact Joseph Nelson (509)288-2255 for details.  He is available anytime he is in cell service.

Time Out for Women - Friday, March 14th through Saturday, March 15th in Spokane!

TOFW is a great inspirational women's conference to uplift and edify us in every way possible. It's a two day event filled with wonderful music and motivational speakers. We encourage as many to attend as possible. It's a wonderful event.

Empathy: A learned Skill

• Understanding another's experience through their lens.
• Their lens is as true and valid as mine
• Non-Judgmental - we always judge in areas where we are vulnerable to shame, and we pick people who are doing worse than we are doing.
• Understand another's feelings
• Communicate our understanding of those feelings
• Reflect back in our face what they are saying with their words
